How to work with PIP Media

Message from the Founders

In November 2023 we launched PIP Media, a 501C3 non-profit film and television production studio set up to create content that elevates the human consciousness with audiences of all ages, ethnicities, and genders, all over the world.
After realizing over 600 hours of award-winning film and television content which is globally distributed through major studios, leading network stations, and global streaming platforms, we are at a place in our career that enables us to produce hand-selected projects that can initiate real change.
With the launch of the PIP Media production studio, we envision producing scripted and non-scripted content that entertains, educates, and elevates the audience, celebrating authentic voices, soothing visuals, and mind-opening stories.
Additionally, we enjoy sharing our industry experience with emerging and expanding professionals and therefore launched educational programs that provide comprehensive guidance and hands-on tools in the development, finance, production, and distribution of film and television content.
Crafting Impactful Narratives for Lasting Transformation
Perfection In Progress
How PIP Works - for Filmmakers and for Donors
PIP Media, a non-profit 501(c)(3) film production studio, is committed to crafting content that elevates human consciousness, driven by the overarching mission of implementing enduring societal change.

Support Our Mission
At Perfection in Progress Media (PIP), our mission is to champion, produce, and fund exceptional film and television projects that inspire positive change. We are dedicated to uplifting stories that educate, elevate, and illuminate the human and animal experience, with the power to transform hearts and minds across the globe.
As a non-profit organization and fiscal sponsor, we support impactful projects that foster empathy, social consciousness, and environmental awareness. By collaborating with visionary filmmakers and storytellers, we aim to create a platform where powerful narratives spark meaningful dialogue and drive a more compassionate, informed, and sustainable future.

Fiscal Sponsor
As a fiscal sponsor, Perfection in Progress Media (PIP) provides comprehensive administrative support to sponsored production entities and programs. This includes managing the receipt and administration of charitable contributions on behalf of the sponsored organization.
PIP charges a modest administrative fee for donations directed to PIP-approved projects. Contributions made to PIP without a designated project are allocated to a general fund, which supports the development of PIP-endorsed projects and educational outreach initiatives. As part of any fiscal sponsorship arrangement, PIP maintains full oversight and accountability for all donated funds.
PIP welcomes a broad range of film and media projects, including those that have secured partial funding or require completion financing.

Benefits to Donors
Corporations and individuals can leverage tax benefits while supporting impactful projects and programs that align with their core values and philanthropic missions. Many charitable organizations are legally required to distribute at least five percent of their assets annually, with the IRS typically mandating these funds go to nonprofits registered under 501(c)(3) guidelines. Perfection in Progress Media, LLC is fully registered and eligible to receive such contributions, making it a trusted partner for philanthropic giving.
From celebrity social entrepreneurs to institutional foundations, individuals and organizations with diverse philanthropic goals can benefit from partnering with PIP Media through fiscal sponsorship.
PIP facilitates meaningful collaborations by serving as a reputable and immediate conduit for funding. Whether contributions come from individuals donating online, private foundations, or government entities, PIP Media streamlines the process to ensure funds are effectively allocated to worthy projects.
We offer robust infrastructure and proven expertise, including financial management, compliance oversight, fund disbursement, grants management, and transparent reporting.
By choosing PIP Media as your fiscal sponsor, you can amplify your impact, optimize your charitable contributions, and build a lasting philanthropic legacy.

Benefits for Filmmakers
PIP Media offers a vital opportunity for projects that may face challenges securing a greenlight through traditional studios, networks, or streaming platforms. We partner with film and television creators across all stages of production, providing critical support during development, production, distribution, outreach, and audience engagement.
Our sponsored projects benefit from direct access to our seasoned board and staff, who bring decades of hands-on experience in film and television production. Additionally, we maintain relationships with trusted legal and accounting advisors, ensuring expert guidance when needed. With the capacity to support projects of any scale, our policies and procedures are specifically designed to be filmmaker-friendly, flexible, and responsive to production timelines.
As your fiscal sponsor, PIP Media does not take ownership of your work, interfere with creative control, or claim copyrights. You retain full authority to pursue future sales, profits, and opportunities for your project. Our role is to monitor projects in a way that is supportive, non-intrusive, and aligned with your creative vision.
At PIP, we are committed to empowering storytellers, ensuring that innovative and impactful projects find the pathway to success they deserve.
